Programming Coordinator Joy D’Elia reported to Historic City News today that the St. Johns Cultural Council has elected two new officers.

New president, Tom Costeira, and new vice-president, Sandra Parks, “have big shoes to fill” said D’Elia “as they continue the good work outgoing president Philip McDaniel initiated during his term”.

In this week’s issue of the Cultural Council newsletter, members were told, “We’d like to extend a warm thank you to former President, Philip McDaniel, for his 3 years of volunteer service to the St. Johns Cultural Council.”

The Cultural Council also said, “We’d also like to thank the entire volunteer SJCC board of directors for all the work they do advocating and developing the arts in St. Johns County.”
