		<description>I think that 65% of capacity figure is a tad misleading.  Yes, it may average 751 vehicles a day, but how many abailable vehicle hours are utilized. To put it another way, if you have 1200 spaces available for 16 hours a day, then you would have 16 * 1200 vehicle hours.  I doubt those 751 vehicles utilize all the available hours.  It also does not specify how many of those vehicles are parking for free or reduced rates, or are city vehicles.

What is missing from this press release is how much money is the facility costing the taxpayers of the city of st augustine every month.  I&#039;ve heard that the reason the new fleet facilities taj mahal on west king  is not complete is because the garage is sucking up all the city funds.</description>
