The United States Mint has asked that Historic City News invite our readers who are artists, designers and illustrators to apply for a paid position as a contracted associate designer in its Artistic Infusion Program.

Artists chosen to be a part of the Artistic Infusion Program can work from anywhere and have the tremendous opportunity to take part in American history by contributing potential designs for the next generation of United States coins.

Previously, Artistic Infusion Program artists have submitted successful designs for coins released through the 50 State Quarters® Program and the Presidential $1 Coin Program.

Selected artists will receive $2,000 for each assigned design submission as well as an additional $5,000 if their design is selected to be sculpted into a coin.
