Electronics stolen during home burglary
The local St. Augustine news desk has learned that early Sunday morning, Police Officer Jennifer Doucet responded to a home on Evergreen Avenue to investigate a break-in that occurred while the resident was at work.
The victim told police that when she returned home from work, she noticed a curtain from a window had been moved and a lamp was on the floor.
As the victim continued to check her home, she discovered that two Ipods valued at about $195 each as well as two playstations valued at about $69 each were missing.
Community Affairs Officer Barbara Clifford of the St. Augustine Police Department reports that the investigation is ongoing.
