Gernie Gieger reported to the Historic City News local news desk that the St. Johns County Fairgrounds will host a Pro Rodeo February 12th through 14th.

The action starts at 8:00 p.m. and tickets prices are just $12 for ages 12 and older and $7 for students ages 6 to 11.

“We’ll have some of the best bulls in the nation,” said Gieger; one of the rodeo’s organizers.

Professional rodeo performers from across the Southeast will be performing in a variety of rodeo events; from bull riding to barrel racing.

This Western-inspired event will feature entertainment for all ages including bull fighters, rodeo clowns, team and calf roping, barrel racing, and bull riding.

Local youth will be invited to compete in youth barrel racing and roping competitions.

Food and drinks will be available.
