Your January electric bill will be lower
Thanks to recent reductions in fuel prices, Historic City News has learned from Florida Power and Light that you can expect a decrease in your bill starting January 6, 2009.

Santa visits St. Augustine Health Center
Media Relations Officer Kevin Kelshaw with the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office informed Historic City News this morning that Santa and several deputies will be distributing stuffed animals and a little holiday cheer this Christmas season.

Holiday closings announced by county
All offices of the St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners will be closed on Thursday and Friday, December 25 and 26, for the Christmas holiday. Offices also will be closed for New Years Day on Thursday, January 1.
